STEP 01
Step 1: Diamond Grinding
We don’t etch — we grind. Our industrial diamond tooling cuts directly into the concrete surface, creating a true mechanical profile that gives the coating something to grab onto at a molecular level.
STEP 02
Step 2: Crack & Pit Repair
Every crack, spall, and pit gets chased out and filled with a rigid epoxy repair compound before we ever lay a drop of coating. We don’t skim over problems — we eliminate them. The slab has to be structurally sound before the system goes down.
STEP 03
Step 3: Epoxy Base Coat
A penetrating epoxy base coat goes down first — it drives deep into the freshly ground concrete and chemically bonds with the slab. This isn’t a surface coating sitting on top. It becomes part of the floor, creating a foundation that nothing can peel.
STEP 04
Step 4: Full Flake Broadcast
While the base coat is still wet, we broadcast decorative flake to full rejection — edge to edge, corner to corner. The flake adds texture for traction, builds thickness into the system, and creates the look. No thin spots. No skipped corners. Full coverage, every time.

Step 5: 100% Solids Polyaspartic Top Coat
This is where it all comes together. Our 100% solids polyaspartic top coat is UV-stable, non-yellowing, chip resistant, and mirror-gloss. It seals the entire system under a layer of chemistry that’s harder than anything a big-box kit can touch. The result: a floor that’s 10X harder than bare concrete, completely waterproof, and built to last decades — backed by our 15-year and lifetime transferrable warranty.
